Note

• We highly recommended that Sensitisation Training for staff takes place before this training goes ahead.
• Maximum 30 participants per workshop

What's Included

• One management team meeting (up to 2 hours, or two meetings of 1 hour each) to refine areas of training and school policy to be communicated to the staff body.
• Two staff workshops (1 and a half to 2 hours each) that cover the same material, two workshops allow for large staff bodies to be split into two cohorts. This is to make workshops smaller and as participatory as possible. You can choose to split senior and junior primary related staff in order to focus on specific developmental stages within those phases.
  • How to respond to sexualised behaviour using Hackett’s continuum
  • The reporting process within the school
  • Safeguarding issues (prevention processes)
  • Confidentiality issues and the dignity of children
