Sensitisation Package

What's Included

• School Management Team consultation (either one meeting max 2 hours, or 2 one-hour meetings) that can focus on preparation for the staff sensitisation as well as a specific topic of the team's choosing
• Two whole school awareness and sensitisation workshops (1 ½ to 2 hours per workshop). This needs to include as many staff working on campus who have interactions with learners daily
  • The workshops cover the same material, two workshops allow for smaller groups, increasing participation and engagement
  • Our recommendation is that you have a Junior Primary and a Senior Primary workshop
  • This sensitisation workshop covers what inappropriate sexual behaviour between children is, the continuum of sexual behaviours
  • (Hackett's Continuum), the role of the staff member, and dealing with fears, questions and concerns
• Brief written feedback from our team's perspective of further assistance we could provide to the school
